MAIL, FAX, OR IN PERSON REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
Kids
Attending Together
If you want two or more kids to attend camp together and are mailing in registration, put all the registrations in one envelope. If you are faxing registrations, send all the forms in one fax. Select the same room if registering online.
Payment
Payment must accompany your registration. We accept checks,
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Checks
should be made payable to Oregon Zoo.
Registering
for Multiple Weeks of Camp
You may register children for a second week of camp; however, the program and activities do not change week to week. We do not recommend multiple weeks of camp.
Confirmation
Confirmation will be mailed in 3-5 days. Online registration will be confirmed by email.
Waiting
Lists
Waiting Lists are compiled for anyone not placed in any of their choices. If an opening becomes available, we will contact you by phone. Please make sure we have a daytime phone number to reach you.
Refunds
Refunds minus a 10% administrative fee, only will be made if your cancellation is received before June 7, 2010. After June 7, 75% refunds are given if cancellations are made at least 5 working days before the start of the camp session. No partial refunds will be given for missed camp days.

Registration

Complete a separate registration form for each child. Photocopies
are acceptable, or print out another registration form. Read and complete the medical information
section and sign the registration form. Your signature is
required
for your child to attend camp.

Deliver the Registration Form to:
the Zoo
Camp Registration Box at the reception desk in the
Zoo’s
main entrance.
Fax the
Registration Form to:

Include a credit card number and signature. If you are
faxing
your
registration and have multiple children wanting to attend
together, all applicable registration forms must be faxed
together. The zoo is not able to confirm receipt of your
fax.
