Hop On Over... Quick!

This fall, FROGS! steals the spotlight at the Oregon Zoo! For a limited time only, you can check out frogs found in your very own backyard as well as countries around the world.

But don’t be fooled! These aren’t your ordinary green-colored, insect-eating amphibians. The American bullfrog can jump at a distance of up to six feet; bright-colored Poison dart-frogs can kill predators – even humans – with their skin toxins; and the Vietnamese mossy frog can do a trick that most dogs know how to do – play dead.

Look for this “ribbiting” attraction across from the Primates exhibit.
