School field trip price is $2 per person over regular zoo admission.

Tickets must be purchased in advance

Tickets must be purchased at least 2 weeks in advance.
If, after you pre-purchase your tickets, you have changes in
your group size, you can easily return or buy additional tickets
on the date of your visit.

payment if using school issued check or PO.

Bus Driver Map shows where to unload/pick-up students.
Buses are not allowed to park at the Zoo/Forestry Center/Children's Museum. Alternative parking may be available.

You qualify for the school rate if you:

  • Are an accredited public or private school, preschool
    through 12th grade or a state registered daycare

  • Buy your tickets at least 2 weeks in advance

  • Give exact date of visit

  • Have at least 5 students

  • Provide at least 1 chaperone for every 5 students.
    Groups without sufficient chaperones will NOT qualify for the school group rate.

  • Ensure that the students are chaperoned at all times while on the zoo grounds

$3.00 per student
One chaperone for every five students is free
$7.80 for each additional chaperone

Oregon Zoo Members may use their zoo passes for field trips, but tickets must be picked up on the day of your visit.

If the adult member is present, an ID must be shown with their membership card.. If the adult is not present, ID is not required of a child. The teacher/chaperone may bring the child's member card (or a copy) to any window.

$2 Tuesdays are the second Tuesday of every month - year round. To get the $2 rate, you must purchase tickets on the day of your visit - $2 Tuesday tickets are not available in advance.
