Oregon Safe Kids Coalition

OREGON SAFE KIDS DAY
Saturday, May 3 | Time: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
"Make It a Safe Kids Summer"

Join Oregon Safe Kids Coalition to kick off National SAFE KIDS Week. Oregon SAFE KIDS Day will feature exhibits, prizes, safety tips and hands-on activities for children and parents. National SAFE KIDS Week is an annual event that highlights prevention of childhood injuries. Free with zoo admission.

Zoo MotherANIMAL ENRICHMENT-ZOO MOTHER OF THE YEAR
Friday, May 9 | Time: 10 a.m.

One of the zoo’s animal moms will be chosen as Zoo Mother of the Year and receive a special Mother’s Day treat. Free with zoo admission.

Sun BearTasul the polar bear as a cubBear fair
Saturday, May 10 | Time: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

All are invited to bring their teddy bears and other stuffed buddies to visit the zoo's bear exhibits and activity stations. Fun includes a Repair-A-Bear vet station, games, and storytelling. Use your member discount in the Zoo Store to buy a great new bear, and a donation will be made to support bear conservation. For further information, call 503-226-1561.

Mothers Day BrunchMOTHER'S DAY BRUNCH

Join us for a favorite zoo tradition!

The brunch buffet includes pastries and quick breads, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, made-to-order omelets, breakfast potatoes, French toast with maple syrup, chicken marsala, penne pasta with garlic alfredo and roasted vegetables, as well as assorted salads and desserts. Cost for the brunch is $20.95 ($9.95 for ages 11 and under).

Reservations are highly recommended and can be made by calling 503-525-4299. Zoo admission is not included in the price of the brunch; however, zoo admission is not required to attend the brunch.

Enjoy beer and ale from your favorite Northwest local breweries, fantastic food from Oregon Zoo Catering and live entertainment.

Proceeds from Zoo Brew will help "Bring Back the ROAR" of lions to the Zoo.
