Prince & Princess Party: Frog Conservation Ball
Sunday, March 14
10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Come one, come all, to the Frog Conservation Ball! BYOT (Bring Your Own Tiara) to celebrate Amphibian Conservation Day! Whether a kid or just a kid-at-heart, all are encouraged to dress up in honor of the DVD release for Disney's "Princess & the Frog." Come as your favorite prince, princess or amphibian. Radio Disney, MrsP.com, BES and Portland Parks will be here along with crafts, games, enchanted fairy 'tails' and froggy fun.

THE LUCK OF THE IRISH - Animal Enrichment

Shamrocks, pots of gold and rainbows will be scattered throughout the zoo's new Predators of the Serengeti exhibit, as St. Patrick's Day themed enrichment is provided for lions, wild dogs and cheetahs. Bring your camera!

Did you know you can tour the world at the Oregon Zoo? From the Great Northwest to the plains of the Serengeti, you can see it all in a day without ever showing your passport. Enrichment and keeper talks are scheduled at various exhibits throughout spring break.

Hop, leap, climb and crawl through Asia as you meet native animals on our giant National Geographic map.

WILDLIFE CONSERVATION LECTURE SERIES

"Green Roofs and Living Walls for Wildlife"
Dusty Gedge, President, European Federation of Green Roof Associations
A world-renowned "green roof" expert shows how to convert rooftops, big and small, into living landscapes, brimming with wildlife. The Wildlife Conservation Lecture Series, hosted by Oregon Zoo, Audubon Society of Portland and World Forestry Center, is held in Oregon Zoo's Cascade Banquet Center. Cost for each lecture: $10 general admission, $8 for members of host organizations, students and seniors.
