Steller LabComputers hum and data scrolls across the screens in the Research Station between the kelp forest and the underwater window into the Steller's sea lion pool. Researchers around the north Pacific Ocean are studying Steller's sea lions to find out why the western Alaska population is decreasing so dramatically.
