Tour Group to the Zoo
Your
group will have a WILD time with our groups, herds, flocks and prides.

We offer a group outing that is Fun, Easy and Economical
Oregon
Zoo is Fun!
Home to more than 1,000 animals, your group can start at the Crest of the Cascade Mountains
and end up in the steaming jungles of to the Rainforests of Africa. On your
way, you'll visit Alaska, Peru, Thailand
and more! See the whole world in an afternoon. Or take your time, do part
of the zoo, and come back another day for more.
You will
see rare and exotic animals in award-winning settings, designed for viewing
and learning about animals in a natural environment. You can even view
the zoo from a relaxing train ride through scenic Washington
Park.
The fun
continues with our animal exhibits,
including:
- Meerkats
now scramble and play in an exhibit adjacent to the giraffes.
- Lorikeets
(one of the world's most colorful small parrots) literally eat out of
your hand in a walk-thru aviary.
- Get up
close and personal with massive Steller Sea lions and playful sea
otters
in our new Steller Cove
exhibit.
- Over the
next few years more Pacific Northwest exhibits will be added to entertain
all with bears, cougars and raptors.

Zoo is Easy!
Conveniently located in the heart of metro Portland, Oregon; adjacent
to the world-renowned international Rose Test Garden - - just minutes
from downtown.
Parking fee is $1 for cars and motor coaches. Portland's MAX light rail
line is just steps from the Zoo entrance offering an all-weather rail
link to the Oregon Zoo from downtown Portland, Beaverton, Gresham and
Hillsboro. Senior guests can take advantage of our free on-grounds zoomer
shuttle.

The group rate for an all-day adult
admission is only $7.80; additional discounts apply for seniors or youth.
Tasty,
value oriented menus are available in a variety of venues
throughout the Oregon Zoo. We can fix delicious box lunches to eat on
our picnic lawn, or come inside the AfriCafe and watch the birds in the
Vollum Aviary, or enjoy our Cascade Grill restaurant.
