Job
Description: We are looking for a college senior or
graduate with course work in Hotel, Restaurant & Administration for
a 40 hour per week, 10 week long internship.

What
you would do as an intern...
The Catering department is very diverse, and we may do everything from
5,000 person picnics to black tie dinners!
We make sure
interns try their hand in as many things as possible. Possible assignments
include:
- Booking,
selling and running catered events
- Planning
menus
- Cost control
- Training
