Job
Description: We are looking for an upper level or graduate
student with background in architecture and/or construction project management
to assist with updating existing 25 Year Capital Improvement Plan and
developing specifications for those projects. Computer skills imperative,
may work flexible hours.

What
you would do as an intern...
The opportunities are very diverse because we want to make sure that interns
try their hand at many things. Possible assignments may include:
- Assist
in assessing structural components and project frequency for current
25 Year Capital Improvement Plan.
- Updating
Capital Improvement Plan based on assessments
- Developing
and updating preventative maintenance plan that supports the Capital
Improvement Plan.
- Research
and development of technical specifications for projects associated
with maintenance and/or Capital Improvement Plan.
