Marketing Internship
Its
a jungle out there...Why not prepare for it with an internship at the
zoo?
Job
Description: We are looking for a college senior or
graduate with coursework in marketing, communications and/or
public relations
for a 20-hour-per-week. The internship is a minimum of 12 weeks, but many interns opt to stay on for 6 months or more.
What

What
you would do as an intern...
The marketing office is very diverse, and we may use you in several different
areas. We make sure interns try their hand in as many things as possible.
Possible assignments include:
- Tourism
marketing
- Marketing
research
- Web development
- Public
relations
- Advertising
How

Send two work samples that show off your talents (could be from a school
project), your resume, and a cover letter that answers the following
questions:
- What are
your career goals and how would this internship help you achieve them?
What do you hope to gain from this internship?
- What
kind of coursework and/or experience do you have that would make
you a valuable
intern?
- In what
areas are you most interested in attaining experience through this internship?
From the
applications, we will select interns to be interviewed. Deadline for
applications is:

term February 15

term May 1

term September 15

term December 1
