Job
Duties:
- Responsible
for cooking staff
- Maintain
business records and performs budget planning
- Organizing
daily menus, events and special functions
- Make sure the zoo’s
food service operations are earth-friendly by purchasing
sustainably
harvested seafood
and as much as possible, organic, locally-grown vegetables
and meats and by composting food wastes
