Using a "can-do" attitude and exceptional customer service to perform a variety of tasks including preparation, service, and delivery of food products, as well as, cashiering and up-keep in cafe style restaurants and other food locations. Duties include cashiers, baristas, expeditors, line cooks, servers, prep cooks, and restaurant lead workers. Must be willing to work in all areas.

Serve, clean-up and set-up for a variety of catered events from formal dinners to company picnics. Flexible hours. Previous wait staff experience preferred.
Zoo employees may not accept tips. Ability to obtain OLCC license preferred.

Prepare food to serve at food outlets and catering events. Previous kitchen experience required. Must be at least 18 years old.

Wash dishes in multiple locations. Ability to complete tasks independently. Must be able to work flexible hours.

Set-up area, pour, sell, act as alcohol monitors and area break-down during the summer concert series. Must be over 21 years old and OLCC license must be obtained.

Admission crew positions include ticket sellers and scanners, lorikeet staff, bus greeter, zoomer driver, and thrill ride operator. Miscellaneous combined duties. Must demonstrate a level of maturity, excellent customer service and extensive cashier experience. Ticket seller and scanner are union positions and monthly fees will be deducted. Must be at least 17 years old. Must be able to work weekends.

Deliver items zoo-wide and off-site receiving. Set up for catering and various events around the zoo. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be at least 18 years old and have: a valid driver's license, at least 2 years driving experience, and a good driving record.

Walk around the zoo grounds sweeping up litter on guest pathways. Ability to complete tasks independently. Must be at least 16 years old.

Assist in cleaning restrooms and office areas, litter picking, and sweeping of zoo grounds. Other responsibilities include custodial shifts and floor work. Previous commercial custodial experience beneficial. Must be at least 18 years old.
Able to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. This is a union position and monthly fees are taken out.

Assist in managing large crowds; assist with medical and police, enforcing all rules, regulations, and laws. Must be at least 18 years old. Must be DPSST certified. Prefer First Aid/CPR certification. Must have valid driver’s license.

Operate van to transport employees from shuttle lot to the zoo. Must be at least 18 years old and have: at least 2 years driving experience, good driving record and valid driver's license.
