Enrichments for Wolves

Wolf Food- Wolves are omnivores, but they eat mostly meat. At the zoo, they are fed dog kibble as part of their diet! In the wild, wolves mainly eat Caribou.

Families- Wolves live in large packs of 8 - 35 members. They howl at night to find other members of the pack.

Location- Boreal forests, mountains, and tundra from Canada to Alaska.

  • Stream for wading in on hot days.
