What's the difference between general admission tickets and VIP tickets?
VIP tickets grant admittance to the VIP Party at 6 p.m., where you'll have special animal encounters, acrobatic performance, early access to the food booths and Monte Carlo fun, and receive one drink voucher.
What should I wear?
Cocktail attire is suggested, but dress for the weather. Denim is discouraged and since there is a lot of walking, comfortable shoes are recommended.
Are tickets sold at the gate?
Unfortunately tickets are not available after Friday, July 16, and therefore will not be sold at the gate.
If I buy my tickets after July 9, where do I pick them up?
You can pick up tickets at will call which will be at Gate E.
Where's the entrance to the event?
Gate E, or as some may remember, the old entrance to the zoo.
What's included in the member ticket price?
All food, beer and wine is included in the ticket price.
What time do the food booths open?
Food booths begin serving at 6:30 p.m. Monte Carlo also begins at this time.
Where should I park?
Please park in the lower portion of the lot and walk down the hill to the event entrance.
If I don't purchase a table, where do I sit?
Seating is available throughout the event on a first come, first served basis, except for the reserved tables on the Concert Lawn.
