• Review the requirements carefully
• Complete an application (available from January 1 to March 1 only )
• Submit one reference. Ask a teacher (or if homeschooled, an adult - not a relative) to complete the reference form (PDF)
  Give them as much time as possible. It will help if you attach a stamped envelope addressed to the ZooTeen office
• The reference form is due to the ZooTeen office by March 1st at 5 p.m.

You will need the FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print the reference form. While viewing the documents in Acrobat Reader, please be sure to choose Save from the File menu.

What happens next?

...after we receive the application, teens and their parents (or guardian) will be invited to a ZooTeen Preview Event that takes place in March. This is the time to learn more about the program from the ZooTeens themselves.
