Field trips

Please read carefully as our policies have changed.

Admission prices are $6 per person when reserved two weeks in advance of your visit.

School group admissions are valid only on the day of your scheduled field trip and are non-refundable. Please make your best guess when scheduling. Additional tickets may be purchased online at the school group rate up until two weeks before your scheduled field trip or the order is paid in full. After this but before the day of your field trip, additional tickets may be purchased, if space is available, at the school group rate by calling the Admissions Office at 503-226-1567. School group rates are not available on the day of your visit. Admissions purchased on the day of your field trip will be offered at $14.36 for adults and $10.36 for youth 3-11.

You are not required to pay for your tickets when you make reservations but payment must be received at the zoo at least two weeks ahead of your visit. You can make changes to your field trip order prior to this time.

Membership benefits may not be used on school group entry. A minimum number (ratio of adults to youth) of adult chaperone admissions must be purchased with the student admissions. Parents wishing to use their membership benefits must enter the zoo separately from the school group and obtain membership tickets at the main entry.

  • School group rates do not apply to camps
