Today at the zoo

The Oregon Zoo is now open! Plan your visit.

As a nonprofit organization, the zoo relies on ticket sales, memberships and donations to operate. For anyone looking to help, the biggest way to make a difference right now is to become a member, renew your membership or make a donation. Your support now is more important than ever.

Construction or accessibility notes

    • For the safety of our guests and staff, the following activities and facilities are not available: Carousel and train, play areas, keeper talks, all indoor areas except Predators of the Serengeti and the Cascade Stream and Pond. Sit-down restaurants are closed.
    • Some animal areas are closed while we complete the community-funded Primate Forest, Polar Passage and Rhino habitats. Learn more about the new habitats and the other bond-funded projects.

Parking and transit options

Guests are encouraged to ride MAX to the zoo, especially during busy weekends and event days.
