Penguinarium

Native to the coast of Peru and Chile are Humboldt penguins and Inca terns. At the zoo they swim and dive in the currents and waves. Look below the water line to watch penguins torpedoing past; above the water line, they waddle, considerably more slowly, along walkways. A new water filtration system installed in 2011 saves 7 million gallons of water each year in this Pacific Ocean habitat.
