Do I need to reserve tickets for the train or carousel?
Tickets are not needed for train or carousel rides after 5 p.m.
Why can’t I reserve member tickets?
Make sure you’re logged into your online member account. If you still don’t see the option:
- Confirm your membership hasn’t expired
- If your membership number has changed, update it in your account
- If you're a new member, have a new email associated with your membership or haven’t reserved tickets before, register your email and membership number
