Locker rental terms and conditions

By using Oregon Zoo's self-service lockers, you agree to the following terms: 

Rental Period and Access: Lockers are available for same-day use only. Any items remaining in lockers after business hours will be removed and transferred to Oregon Zoo Lost & Found for safekeeping. Lockers are not intended for overnight storage. 

Access and Safety: Oregon Zoo reserves the right to open any locker at any time without prior notice if there is reason to believe the contents may pose a safety risk or nuisance (including but not limited to odors, liquids, or unusual noises). 

Unclaimed Property: Items removed from lockers will be held by Oregon Zoo Lost & Found for up to 30 calendar days. After this holding period, unclaimed items may be disposed of or donated at the zoo’s discretion. 

Valuable Items: If the estimated value of an unclaimed item is greater than $250 and valid contact information was provided at time of locker rental, Oregon Zoo will make a reasonable attempt to notify the owner prior to the disposal or donation of the item. 

Liability: Oregon Zoo is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings stored in lockers. Guests are encouraged to avoid storing fragile or valuable items.
