Cause-related marketing

Do you have a product that connects with wildlife or one of the zoo’s beloved animals? Donating a portion of sales to the Oregon Zoo Foundation is a wonderful way to support animal well-being, species recovery and conservation education.

Together for Wildlife!

We're grateful to all the businesses that create opportunities for the public to purchase products that benefit the zoo! Here are some recent innovative cause marketing initiatives.

Wild Rhino Safari trip with Mango African Safaris

Your favorite zoo habitat...come to life! Mango African Safari is partnering with the Oregon Zoo Foundation and Lewa Conservancy in Kenya to bring conservation enthusiasts such as yourself into the wild to see endangered black and white rhinos. Go on behind-the-scenes experiences at the Lewa Conservancy and a coffee date with the zoo rhinos, both exclusively available to The Wild Rhino Safari participants. This is your chance to get an insider’s perspective on how conservation programs in the wild combine with international efforts to create a brighter future for these incredible animals.

Wine By Joe

From October 1 to December 31, 2023, a portion of the retail sales of Wine By Joe's popular pinot noir and pinot gris wines will be donated to the foundation, with funds directed to the zoo’s polar bear and Arctic conservation efforts.

Safeway Albertsons

From Sept. 15, 2023 to Jan. 15, 2024, you can purchase limited-edition reusable zoo bags featuring some of your favorite zoo animals, while supplies last. Keep your eye out for announcements in the foundation's weekly digital newsletter.
