Critter Club: What's the buzz? (FULL)

February 16, 2019 - 09:15am to 11:15am

Each thematic program consists of three classes that use dramatic play, movement, story, biofacts, animal habitats, and live animal interactions* to help our youngest explorers learn how to care for wildlife and their homes.

Critter Club: What's the buzz?

Get all the buzz on bees, butterflies and other important pollinators. Over the three classes, explore the inside of a beehive, construct a bee hotel, dress up like a bat, tour the zoo’s butterfly lab, and plant native flowers for your own backyard.

When: Saturdays, February 16, March 2 and March 16, 9:15- 11:15a.m.
: Ages 3-5 with an adult
$60 for zoo members, $75 for non-members. $39 for additional child (One adult per child maximum. There must be a registered adult for every two children.)
Zoo admission beyond the class time is not included.

*Animal welfare is top priority at the Oregon Zoo. Given this, we are occasionally required to modify or cancel a scheduled live animal interaction to meet the needs of our animals. Thank you for your understanding.
